All vehicle rentals in Immingham are governed by a Rental Agreement presented at the time of booking confirmation or vehicle pickup. This document outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance coverage, fees, and your responsibilities for the rental period. In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Full payment, along with a security deposit, is generally required upon vehicle collection. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, securely processed through trusted payment providers.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off
- At the time of vehicle collection in Immingham, conduct a thorough inspection and promptly report any existing damage. A vehicle condition report will be prepared and signed by both parties. Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice provided. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or no-shows can incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or other dangerous practices. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting to others or allowing unapproved drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes, and it is important to adhere to passenger and weight limits. Operating the vehicle outside of designated geographical areas requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed under English and Welsh law, Car Hire Immingham will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the rental in the prior 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be addressed exclusively by the courts in this jurisdiction.
